Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or installing any tuning product or service from ECM Tune Up. By using our services you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything set out below.
⚠ Off-Road & Emissions Compliance
Any aftertreatment or emissions-delete calibration (DPF, EGR, CGI, DEF/UREA, SCR and similar) is intended strictly for off-road, racing, sled-pulling, or closed-course competition use only. These calibrations are not to be used on vehicles operated on public roads or highways. Removing or disabling emissions equipment on on-road vehicles is prohibited under the U.S. Clean Air Act and many state and local laws.
Buyer responsibility
The buyer is solely responsible for knowing and obeying all applicable federal, state, and local laws, statutes, and ordinances — including all emissions-related regulations — that govern the operation of their vehicle in their jurisdiction. The buyer agrees to hold ECM Tune Up, along with its owners, employees, directors, successors, sub-contractors, business associates, and affiliates, harmless from any violation of those laws.
Any vehicle modification outside OEM specifications may void manufacturer warranties. As the customer, you accept full responsibility for any and all costs that result from such modifications.
Exclusion of liability
Under no circumstances will ECM Tune Up or its associates be liable for any damage, expense, or personal injury arising from the use, sale, or testing of any product or service. The customer waives all related legal claims and understands that ECM Tune Up, its employees, sub-contractors, and business associates will not be held liable for any reason connected to the use of our products or services.

Satisfaction guarantee
We stand behind our calibration work. If there is a problem with a tune we have written, contact us and we will make it right or refund you. This guarantee covers our calibration work; it does not cover ECM hardware failure, manufacturer software updates applied afterward, or attempts to read out or crack our files.
